Rooftop Terrace - North Melbourne
In this project we created a beautiful rooftop oasis using both productive and exotic plants in North Melbourne. We designed a planter box system for the perimeter of the rooftop terrace which included bench seating with storage and planter boxes of varying heights. These wanter boxes were made locally by hand in Brunswick by Greg Bosch at Future Environments. We also introduced a material and colour palette using corten planters, concrete reinforcement and mushroom brown to create a soft and inviting atmosphere and entertaining space.
