PLANT SPECIES 1 [note 2cm of rocks in bottom of pot]

Phlebodium aureum Blue Star Fern

For best results, grow Phlebodium aureum in a bright spot out of any direct sun, in moist, well-drained soil. Keep a spray bottle handy so you can give it a regular misting to raise the humidity – or try growing it in a bright, steamy bathroom.

There is 2cm of rocks in the bottom of this pot which function as the water reservoir. Try not to over water, if you do simply cover the top of the pot with your hand (so the soil does not fall out) and the excess water will exit the pot. Keep an eye on the soil, its always best to water when it’s looking on the drier side. We would recommend twice a week, just half a cup or less.
