Californian Garden - Brunswick East

In this project we were asked to re-design a garden which was full of mature agaves and allow for a new fence and a mixed planting palette, whist maintaining the functionality of the car park.  We introduced a mixture of ornamental grasses, natives, succulents, edible plants and re-used as many large agaves from the original garden as we could. The result is a garden reminiscent of the mid-century Californian garden style. A bluestone staircase lined with volcanic rocks leads you through the main garden bed towards the entry of the house.
